About Grenvo
Clear records.
Accountable reconciliation.
Grenvo is a GmbxDigital initiative developing premium reconciliation for US specialty MGA and program-administrator finance teams. The first proposed workflow compares invoice and statement files, explains fees and allocations, assigns exceptions and prepares an accounting-ready package.
Product in development. This site contains fictional examples and proposed integration pathways. No live connectors, customer deployments or measured savings are claimed.
One program. One agreed cycle.
A proposed evaluation would start with authorized exports, finance-reviewed rules and an agreed package accepted through existing accounting tools. The customer, source formats, evaluation terms and success measures remain to be established.
Retain the authority.
Source owners establish the meaning and permitted use of their records. Finance owners approve, post and accept in existing systems. Grenvo’s proposed phase one neither moves nor holds funds and does not replace the ledger or policy administration system.
A match is an evidence-backed allocation proposal, not proof of source authenticity, settled funds, accounting posting or coverage. The broader application-to-coverage journey, claims and new payment rails remain separately validated future scope.
Common questions.
What is Grenvo being developed to do?
Help US specialty MGA and program-administrator finance teams reconcile premium invoices with bank or provider statements. The proposed first scope uses authorized files, reviewed matches and fees, assigned exceptions and an accounting-ready package.
Who is it for?
Finance leads, reconciliation preparers, controllers and accounting approvers at specialty managing general agents (MGAs) and program administrators. A proposed evaluation would cover one program and one agreed cycle.
What manual work is it intended to reduce?
Copying and matching rows, searching for source evidence, chasing exception owners and rebuilding accounting reports. Savings, demand and customer results have not been established.
Does a match mean money has settled?
No. A match is a proposed allocation supported by supplied evidence. It does not establish source authenticity, settled funds or insurance coverage. Finance review and existing-tool acceptance are separate facts.
Does Grenvo post to the ledger or move money?
Phase one neither executes payments nor holds funds, and does not replace the ledger or policy system. Named finance owners approve, post and accept through their existing tools.
Are integrations live?
No live Grenvo connectors, certifications, vendor partnerships or customer deployments are claimed. Each proposed pathway requires authorized exports, agreed mappings and system-owner validation.
What happens to unmatched amounts?
They remain visible with source references, an explanation and a responsible reviewer. Partial receipts, unidentified amounts and fee differences must not be forced into a match.
What about the broader insurance journey?
Application-to-coverage coordination, applicant completion, underwriting handoffs, signatures, issuance, claims and new payment rails remain future, separately validated scope. Carrier systems retain insurance decision and coverage authority.
